The network Norwegian Arts Abroad (NAA) consists of seven organisations that administers grant schemes with funding from Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Ministry of Culture and Equality.

Norwegian or Norway based applicants

Norwegian or Norway based applicants must login via ID-Porten using for example BankID or MinID.

Foreign applicants

Foreign applicants without electronic ID must use the login option with email here. Please note that only NORLA and OCA accept applications from foreign applicants.
